ECC is having a Kindergarten Camp from May 27th-30th! Students will spend these 4 days working on math and reading skills along with different fun activities during the week. The camp will start at 8:00 AM and end at 2:00 PM each day. Transportation to ECC will not be provided. Lunch will be provided for students. Spots are very limited for students, so call ECC at 606-387-4283 or 606-306-3097 to enroll your child to the Kindergarten Camp today!
As school closes, the Clinton County Food Service Department is looking forward to feeding our kiddos during summer break with our Summer Feeding (SUN Meals) Program.
Below is an example of the type of food we will be handing out on a weekly basis. All meals are subject to change depending on availability! If you didn’t sign up by May 9th, please message or email jessica.conner@clinton.kyschools.us.
We will hand out for 9 weeks starting June 2nd and going through July 31st, on the following schedule:

Important upcoming dates for Parent Site Base Elections:
📣 Nominations will be accepted at your child’s school on May 1 -2, 2025.
📣 To be eligible to run at ECC, your child must be starting Kindergarten in the 2025-2026 academic school year.
📣 Parents who have been nominated will be contacted to confirm their willingness to serve on the site base committee for the 2025-2026 academic school year.
📣 Voting for ALL schools will take place on May 6, 2025 from 3:00 - 4:30PM in the CCMS lobby.
📣 Parent must be present to cast a vote.
📣 Parent must sign in and confirm child’s enrollment for the 2025- 2026 school year.
Summer Feeding is CHANGING!!! At almost all of our sites, we will be offering a once-a-week pickup of 7 breakfasts and 7 lunches. We are hoping this makes it more convenient for our community to be able to pick up meals for any kiddos ages 1-18.
In order to do this and be more effective, we are requiring anyone who wants to participate to pre-register so we know how many food boxes we need to prepare. Please pre-register by May 9th.
A flyer was sent home with your child(ren) this week. We would prefer if you filled out the Google Form by scanning the QR code on this post or on the flyer. However, there is a paper version on the flyer as well.
Our preferred pickup location is going to be AES on Wednesdays from 2-4. If that is an option for you, please choose that. It will help us so much! But, we also understand that may not be the best choice for your family. Please select the site that works best for you for every week between the first week of June and the last week of July.
